What does a rainbow mean?

When I walked outside from getting off of work I noticed that the ground was soaked. I then remembered I left my windows down and the sunroof open after my lunch break, my car was sure to be soaked. I walked to my car and yep, it was soaked. After drying off the inside of the doors the best I could I decied, "it is only water", and hoped in my car. Only about 3 minutes into my ride home my butt was soakd but by God's grace I was able to be thankful that I had a car at all and just smiled as I contined home. As I began to approach bridge I noticed a rainbow, I hadn't seen one if a few years. When the trees cleared I was blown away by the most amazing rainbow of my life, for the first time ever I saw a rainbow stretch from horizon to horizon. I was immeditly reminded of God's prommise to never cover the world in a flood again.

"I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud: And I will remember my covenant, which [is] between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it..."( Genesis 9:13-16)

What do you do when you are craving candy?

I have such a sweet tooth right now. I am tempted to buy junk food and candy but I know it isn't good for me. I was thinking about buying cherries but that flipping ba is huge and they woukd go bad by the time I got to eat them. What otger healthy options are there to satisfy a sweettooth?

Why is healthy so expensive?

I have been eating more healthy recently in order to feel better and take care ofthe body God has given me but this has caused my monthly spending on food to go up in a big way. Wheat pasta, fresh salads & fruit, and healthy vegi/fruit drinks cost so much more than white bread and Mc Donalds. This lunch cost me $8.99.

Weekend in ATL

Alright well I am going to try out this new lifestream/blog site. This past weekend was great. First, I got to see my old friend Ben in Charlotte. He just got engaged to his girlfriend and I was able to attend their party. There were many old friends there that I was able to catch up with, I really miss Charlotte. 

After Charlotte I drove with Bill down to Atlanta to meet up with my friend Goose and check out the Reach crew along with the Blueprint church plant.  The last show of the Don't Waste Your Life tour was held in downtown Atlanta. I really needed the encouragement and fellowship, the show was off the hook.(see vid)

On Sunday morning @Goose and I were able to attend the first Blueprint service, it was amazing. The love and passion for Christ was so thick. It was so exciting to see such a diverse group of people in the same service, there were brothers and sisteres from all ages and races praising the Lord together. (see vid) I was able to network with one of the pastors, got a shirt(see pic) and give @Lecrae a quick thanks for his ministry (woulda tried to chat with him but I know dude is busy) This church is just what I have been looking for, I am feeling strongly about getting involved in any way they and the Lord see fit.

Off to lunch

This is my first test with Posterous.com I am dead tired and hungry. I was in ATL though this morning and only had 4 hrs of sleep last night. Had a blast with Goose and Jess! Blueprintchurch.org is going to be used in a huge way by God.
I am so ready to crash.
